This business is not a typical home-based business and should be located on commercially zoned property not in a platted subdivision. This property is not contiguous to any commercial property.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recommendation: <\/strong>ECCA along with Cobb County Staff recommends denial of this LUP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PC recommendation<\/strong>: Approved 5-0 subject to additional stipulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
