driveway<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Upgrade paved driveway<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Remodeling of the house up to county standards to occur within 90 days <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Frontage to be donated for right-of-way<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>No outside storage<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>If house is not rented within 12 months the property reverts back to GC<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>All staff comments and recommendations<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Board of Commissioners Action: Approved 5-0 subject
