9.<\/p>\n<p>Size of Tract is .97 Acres<\/p>\n<p>Current Zoning: NS<\/p>\n<p>Contiguous zoning is:\u00a0 North: NS; South: GC, West: SC (Woodlawn Gates Subdivision) East: NS;<\/p>\n<p>Future Land Use Map: Community Activity Center<\/p>\n<p>Case Manager:\u00a0 Marvin Shams<\/p>\n<p>Planning Commissioner:\u00a0 Mike Terry<\/p>\n<p>District Commissioner: Bob Ott<\/p>\n<p><b>Proposed Use:\u00a0 Dog Boarding Facility<\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>ECCA Recommends:\u00a0 No action subject to the following stipulations:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Boarding be limited to dogs only and maximum of 15 dogs under 15 pounds (small dogs)<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>No outdoor runs or kennels<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>Soundproofing installed so animal sounds cannot be heard by the stores in the center.<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>A system will be installed to minimize the odors coming from the premise to the outside of the property and adjacent properties.<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>When the current occupant goes out of business or moves, the property reverts back to NRC<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>The occupant will not expand the footprint of the current building.<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>The occupant will comply with all health department and Cobb County ordinances.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>We are also not sure how the 1700 square feet for the building is calculated.\u00a0 We calculate 1400 square feet of
