There is not a stated hardship for the increased size of the digital reader board from 32 sq. ft. to 120 sq ft (approximately 4 times the allowable area by the code.).\u00a0 Also, not all movie theaters have on-premise signs which display the movies. In addition, we would like to see a stipulation that regardless of the size of the digital reader board granted, that the sign will conform to all other aspects of the sign and digital sign ordinance.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Board of Zoning Appeals and Variances Action: Approve 5-0 contingent upon GDOT permits and subject\u00a0to the stipulation letter dated 11\/8\/10 and the following additions:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 1)The sign will comply with all parts of the Cobb County sign ordinance except those modified in the stipulation letter.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 2)There shall be installed low growing scrubs and seasonal plantings along the base of the sign.<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Merchants Walk, LLC, 770-429-1499, represented by John H.
