Applicant, JEN Georgia 16 LLC, 770-480-4940, represented by J. Kevin Moore, 770-429-1499, jkm@mijs.com, requests to add an additional access point from the stub street, Fox Wood Court. 

This OB is associated with Z-40 2020. The Cobb County Fire Marshal now requires two access points along Wesley Chapel Road which cannot support the second access point. This petition submits an amended site plan and reflects the second access. The property is located on the westerly side of Wesley Chapel Road; northerly/westerly sides of portion of Sweat Creek Run; southerly of San Plains Road.  Site acreage: 24.88 +/-.
