About the East Cobb Civic Association

Established in 1982, the East Cobb Civic Association, Inc. (ECCA) represents approximately 10,000 homeowners throughout East Cobb County. ECCA is a forum for neighborhoods to hear from representatives of government and community organizations on important issues. It also provides a network where Homeowner Associations can share information concerning the management of their subdivisions. As a coalition representing the interests of the entire community, ECCA has been instrumental in shaping county government policy and decision-making to improve the quality of life not only in East Cobb, but throughout the county.
