ECCA Recommendation: Item 1- New site plan be provided showing all existing and proposed buildings along with the new acreage and driveway. Items 2 and 3. -recommend approval. Item 4 recommend denial until details of where elementary school will go as well as playgrounds.

Planning Commission Recommends: Approval of 1, 2, 3 4-0. Pass item 4 forward to BOC without a recommendation. 4-0

Board of Commissioners: Approved subject to additional stipulations. Number of students limited to 850 for five years. After five years need to come back to the BOC and report the status of the enrollment, traffic, etc.
