1) Allow existing 504 Sq. ft. boat shed to front of primary structure;

2) Waive front setback for existing 504 sq. ft. boat shed from 35 to 22 feet;

3) Waive rear setback for existing 192 Sq. ft. frame shed from 35 to 2 feet; and

4) Waive setback for proposed 1,584 sq. ft. detached garage from 100 to 3 feet (north property line) and to 29 feet (east property line).
