ECCA recommends:

ECCA will not be making a final recommendation on this petition as we have not heard from any of the surrounding neighbors. However, the applicant has answered all of our questions concerning this development with the stipulation letters dated 3/12/20 and 6/8/20.

We also recommend that stormwater management look at the impervious surface on a lot by lot basis when building permits are pulled.

Board of Commissioners: Approved 5-0 subject to the stipulation letter dated 8/7/20 and additional stipulations.
