allowed for signage for non-residential uses located on residential zoned property
with acreage over 5 acres from 64 sq ft to 84.6 sq ft; 2) increase the height of
non-residential signage on residential zoned property from 8 ft to 9.33 ft; and, 3)
increase the maximum size for an electronic messaging portion of the sign from
32 sq ft to 60 sq ft.
