Applicant Bonny Phillips Powell, 404-550-5759, representing herself and Daniel Phillips Powell as Titleholder, request that: 1) an accessory structure (existing approximately 288 square foot shed) be allowed to be at the side of the principal building; 2) the rear setback for an accessory structure under 650 square feet (existing approximately 288 square foot shed) be reduced from the required 30 feet to 22 feet; and 3) the rear setback be reduced from the required 30 feet to 16 feet.

Property is located: on the eastside of Foxcroft Circle, east of Foxcroft Trail (631 Foxcroft Circle).
