The property is located at 101 Coronado Court (Paper Mill Reserve – gated community) with property line adjacent to Paper Mill Rd. (south of Paper Mill Rd). Applicant says the building foundation was constructed 13.8 feet from side set back property line based on the final plat and site plan approval. Cobb County now asserts the side set back needs to be 40 ft.  Previous zoning/OB filings for this property/development include OB-12-2020 and OB-45-2021.
